My final project is about the effect of texting on student writing, specifically spelling and grammar. I explore both sides of the argument, the positive and negative and ultimately, my feelings on the topic. It was such an interesting topic for me to research because since I'm a computer teacher, I see both sides of the argument. Technology is so prevalent in today's society but developing formal writing skills is vital to students' success in school and beyond.
